After working in food distribution and helping his father expand into Manhattan, Michael moved to Virginia and founded the company as a wholesale distributor of premium Boar’s Head meats, cheeses, condiments, and related products. Today, Virginia Deli Provisions serves retailers and foodservice establishments throughout Virginia, supported by Boar’s Head’s nationwide manufacturing and distribution network.
